Two Great companies.
A singular commitment to our customers.

Mayo Aviation has joined with Priester Aviation to form a premier private aircraft management,
charter and maintenance provider with more than 120 years of shared experience in surpassing
client expectations and providing the highest level of safety.

Founded in 1978 and based in Colorado, Mayo Aviation provides tailored national aircraft management services specializing in the Rocky Mountain West and throughout the South/Central US. Mayo Aviation enjoys a long-standing relationship with Flight for Life Colorado, the nation’s first fixed wing air ambulance service and one of the most accomplished critical care transport programs in the country, serving critical patients in the Rocky Mountain West for more than 41 years. In further recognition of its commitment to operational safety, Mayo Aviation is also one of only dozens of operators and airlines in the world to be approved for the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE) special approach. This allows you to finish your day on the east coast and still make it to Aspen before curfew flying on Mayo Aviation operated aircraft.

    Safety is our Core Value

In addition to being family-owned companies with decades of aircraft management and charter expertise, perhaps the strongest bond between Mayo Aviation and Priester Aviation comes down to a single word: safety.

Mayo Aviation and Priester Aviation have also implemented an extensive safety management system (SMS) that provides a framework by which to ensure compliance with all operational safety procedures. The companies have further led the way in safety by developing a flight operations quality assurance (FOQA) program that grants the FAA 24/7 real-time access to its operational and maintenance data and safety ticketing system, allowing continuous oversight.
