Mayo Aviation adds Aspen Based Aircraft.

DENVER, Mar 27 — Mayo Aviation, Inc. (Certificate #CIEA835C) today announced that it has added a late model Hawker/Beechcraft King Air 350 to its Rocky Mountain Fleet. The King Air 350 will be based at Aspen/Pitkin County Airport and operated by a locally based crew.  The addition brings twin engine turboprop reliability and true 9 passenger capability to and from Aspen, Colorado.  Mayo Aviation has been serving the Aspen community for more than 30 years and operating locally based aircraft and crews from the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport since opening its Aspen office during the summer of 2009.

Mayo is a member of a small elite group of world class operators which holds a Industry Audit Standard Level II accreditation from the Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF). Mayo is Wyvern recommended and an AR/GUS Gold certified operator with 16 aircraft based at 3 locations across Colorado and in the New York City metro area and will procure flights from anywhere to anywhere worldwide,. Mayo Aviation stands ready to meet any mission requirement.  The Aspen based aircraft joins 2 similar King Air 350’s based at Centennial Airport in Denver and 4 King Air 200’s also based at APA.  Additionally, Mayo operates Lear 35’s, Lear 55’s, a Citation Ultra, a Hawker 800XP, a Cessna Sovereign, and a 17 passenger Challenger from its Colorado bases and a Pilatus PC-12/NG from Essex County Airport (CDW) just west of New York City
